针对计算机辅助诊断(CAD)技术在乳腺癌疾病诊断准确率的优化问题,提出了一种基于随机森林模型下Gini指标特征加权的支持向量机方法(RFG-SVM)。该方法利用了随机森林模型下的Gini指数衡量各个特征对分类结果的重要性,构造具有加权特征向量核函数的支持向量机,并在乳腺癌疾病诊断方面加以应用。经理论分析和实验数据验证,相比于传统的支持向量机(SVM),该方法提升了分类预测的性能,其结果与最新的方法相比也具有一定的竞争力,而且在医疗诊断应用方面更具优势。  相似文献

标准粒子群优化(PSO)算法对惯性权重采取简单的线性衰减方案, 无法获得全局最优点. 为了弥补该方法的缺陷, 提出了一种改进的粒子群优化(IPSO)算法, 并将该算法与误差反向传播神经网络(BPNN)相结合, 进而提出一种基于IPSO-BPNN的变压器故障诊断新方法. 该方法将单个粒子连续被选为最优解的次数作为自适应变量, 并根据粒子的性能分类结果, 自适应地调整各粒子的惯性权重, 从而达到平衡局部和全局搜索能力的目的. 大量仿真表明该算法性能明显优于基于BPNN和PSO-BPNN的变压器故障诊断系统,  相似文献

This paper is concerned with model-based isolation and estimation of additive faults in discrete-time linear Gaussian systems. The isolation problem is stated as a multiple composite hypothesis testing on the innovation sequence of the Kalman filter (KF) that considers the system operating under fault-free conditions. Fault estimation is carried out, after isolating a fault mode, by using the Maximum a Posteriori (MAP) criterion. An explicit solution is presented for both fault isolation and estimation when the parameters of the fault modes are assumed to be realizations of specific random variables (RV).  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to deal with the problem of fault tolerant control in the framework of discrete event systems modeled as automata. A fault tolerant controller is a controller able to satisfy control specifications both in nominal operation and after the occurrence of a fault. This task is solved by means of a parameterized controller that is suitably updated on the basis of the information provided by online diagnostics: the supervisor actively reacts to the detection of a malfunctioning component in order to eventually meet degraded control specifications. Starting from an appropriate model of the system, we recall the notion of safe diagnosability as a necessary step in order to achieve fault tolerant control. We then introduce two new notions: (i) “safe controllability”, which represents the capability, after the occurrence of a fault, of steering the system away from forbidden zones and (ii) “active fault tolerant system”, which is the property of safely continuing operation after faults. Finally, we show how the problem can be solved using a general control architecture based on the use of special kind of diagnoser, called “diagnosing controller”, which is used to safely detect faults and to switch between the nominal control policy and a bank of reconfigured control policies. A simple example is used to illustrate the new notions and the control architecture introduced in the paper.  相似文献

This paper considers stabilization of discrete-time linear systems, where network exists for transmitting the sensor and controller information, and arbitrary bounded packet loss occurs in the sensor–controller link and the controller–actuator link. The stabilization of this system is transformed into the robust stabilization of a set of systems. The stability result for this system is specially applied on model predictive control (MPC) that explicitly considers the satisfaction of input and state constraints. Two synthesis approaches of MPC are presented, one parameterizing the infinite horizon control moves into a single state feedback law, the other into a free control move followed by the single state feedback law. Two simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

An approach is introduced for performing rigorous numerical simulations of electromagnetic wave scattering from randomly rough, perfectly conducting surfaces. It is based on a surface integral technique, and consists of determining the unknown electric surface current densities from which the electromagnetic field everywhere can be determined. The method is used to study the scattering of a p-polarized beam from an anisotropic Gaussian, randomly rough, perfectly conducting surface. It is demonstrated that the surface anisotropy gives rise to interesting and pronounced signatures in the angular intensity distribution of the scattered light. In the last few decades the continuous monitoring of complex dynamic systems has become an increasingly important issue across diverse engineering areas. This paper presents a pattern recognition based system that uses visual-based efficient invariants features for continuous monitoring of induction motors. The procedures presented here are based on the image identification of the 3-D current state space patterns that allow the identification of distinct fault types and, furthermore, their corresponding severity. This automatic fault detection system deals with time-variant electric currents and is based on the identification of three-phase stator currents specified patterns. Several simulation and experimental results are also presented in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

In many real-world regression and forecasting problems, over-prediction and under-prediction errors have different consequences and incur asymmetric costs. Such problems entail the use of cost-sensitive learning, which attempts to minimize the expected misprediction cost, rather than minimize a simple measure such as mean squared error. A method has been proposed recently for tuning a regular regression model post hoc so as to minimize the average misprediction cost under an asymmetric cost structure. In this paper, we build upon that method and propose an extended tuning method for cost-sensitive regression. The previous method becomes a special case of the method we propose. We apply the proposed method to loan charge-off forecasting, a cost-sensitive regression problem that has had a bearing on bank failures over the last few years. Empirical evaluation in the loan charge-off forecasting domain demonstrates that the method we have proposed can further lower the misprediction cost significantly.  相似文献

We propose a robust Poisson geometric process model with heavy-tailed distributions to cope with the problem of outliers as it may lead to an overestimation of mean and variance resulting in inaccurate interpretations of the situations. Two heavy-tailed distributions namely Student’s t and exponential power distributions with different tailednesses and kurtoses are used and they are represented in scale mixture of normal and scale mixture of uniform respectively. The proposed model is capable of describing the trend and meanwhile the mixing parameters in the scale mixture representations can detect the outlying observations. Simulations and real data analysis are performed to investigate the properties of the models.  相似文献

构造了全光纤振动传感系统,可用于对发电机组,飞机发动机等大型电机设备的健康状况监测。全光纤振动传感系统由于传感臂是光纤,属于无源器件,不会受到电磁干扰,其检测到的信号完全是由电机振动产生,且监测的灵敏度极高。克服了传统的加速度传感器容易受到电磁干扰导致信号检测出错的缺点。用全光纤振动传感器对电机的振动进行实时的采集,基于LabVIEW平台对振动信号进行实时的频谱分析,很容易判断电机是否工作正常。该检测系统结构简单,振动检测灵敏度高,能够很好地应用于电机健康状况的监测。  相似文献
